Q: Where can I pick up an autism toolkit? A: Fans can pick up a toolkit at the SW GuestLink Location on the Field Plaza, just south of the Pro Shop. The toolkits include noise cancelling headphones, ear plugs, sensory toys, a detailed schedule to help keep track of the game and an "I'M A-OK" identifier badge. The identifier badge can be worn as a sticker or band, displayed on a lanyard or kept in a wallet. The I'M A-OK symbol will help Seahawks fans recognize that a person has autism and give them an opportunity to help or simply be more patient, if necessary. Additionally, we have a sensory room available for fans at the SW GuestLink Location. Q: If someone is using obscene language or disrupting my gameday experience, who should I contact? A: You can text-message HAWK12 (429512) at any point during the game to report fan activity that has disrupted your enjoyment of the game or to report spills or housekeeping issues that require attention. You may also contact the nearest usher or event staff member. Q: I'm coming straight from the airport to the game (or going from the game to the airport). Can I store my luggage at the stadium? A: Unfortunately, we do not have a place to store luggage at Lumen Field.
